Chula Vista: Otay Ranch I

Located West of SR-125 with Telegraph Canyon Road to the north and Olympic Parkway to the south, Otay Ranch I is a pedestrian friendly community including landscaped paseos, promenade streets and trails. Each community within Otay Ranch is designed to include village activity centers with parks local retail and commercial centers. The first development opened in the late 1990's with the communities of Heritage Hills, Villages of Heritage and Village of Countryside.
