Chula Vista: Eastlake III

The last of the Eastlake master planned communities, Eastlake III is located East of SR-125, with Otay Lakes Road on its Southern border and the city boundary to the East. This community also borders the upper and lower Otay lakes and provides miles of meandering walking trails. It also has an elementary school, a middle school and a fire station. The Gates is one of Chula Vista's premier neighborhoods of custom homes overlooking the Upper Otay Lake.
