Chula Vista: Eastlake I

Bounded by SR 125 to the east, Otay Lakes Road to the south and west, and H Street and the city boundary to the north, Eastlake I was built in the late 1980's as a master planned community. The neighborhood contains tree-lined trails and open spaces, including a lake and a beach club. Eastlake I is designed with a business center, village center with retail shops and services, professional offices and medical facilities in close proximity.
